TestimonialsHello Customer Service, Several years ago, I was trying to locate a sensor that would survive an extremely harsh environment and to replace the existing OEM rotary Bindicator sensor. The Bindicator was mounted above our potato bin and would control the fill level of potatoes in the bin. Due to potatoes continually beating against the arm, this Bindicator sensor would fail and need replaced about every 6 months... usually giving us downtime. I mentioned my problem to our sale representative from Motion Industries, Randy Hunack, and he guaranteed me the Telco sensor would work in this environment. I must say, I was skeptical and didn't believe a photo sensor would work in an environment where potatoes would continually beat against the transmitter and receiver lenses. With a little reluctance I decided to give it a try. Now, this sensor has been installed and working 17 hours a day for almost 2 years and I have not had one problem with it. Due to the success of this product, I have adapted this sensor to other areas of the plant and I'm continually complimenting and praising this product to other end users and your competitors... your competitors are not happy about it! I must tell you, I have never sent an email to anyone praising their product. But, I feel I needed to with yours so you can continue making this product and not go out of business. I need this product and don't want to replace it with something else!! Keep up the GREAT work!!
